Technical Support

Since you are not actually purchasing the software, the level of technical support you can obtain is not the same as software you purchase.

If you cannot get CAN 8 to work from home, you send an email to facchine@vaniercollege.qc.ca

You must include the following information in your email or it will NOT be answered:

Name, Student Number, Operating System, Internet Connection, Exact nature of the problem.

You may also visit the technician in C-405 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to explain your problem or to get confirmation that your exercises are being completed
